The company, CHALLEN INTERNATIONAL (INDIA) PVT. LTD a ISO/TS 16949: 2002 company was established in 2000 at IMT Manesar in Haryana. Encouraged by a very positive response from our clients, the company diversified and started machining Auto Components and, has since grown from a small unit to a manufacturing plant for Forging Auto and other components. We are a trusted source for quality engineering of components mainly for OEMs and other industries.

The Company now has two Machining Units operating from IMT Manesar. Both these units are well equipped with VMCs, CNCs and Broaching machines supported by testing and quality control laboratories.

To supplement these units and based on demand for Automotive Forged components in metal, mother company CHALLEN INTERNATIONAL (INDIA) PVT LTD. decided to put up a Modern Forging Plant in RIICO INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX at Khuskhera in Rajasthan.. This plant is now operational. It is located in the heart of Auto/ Industrial hub of IMT Manesar, Bhawal, Faridabad, Dharuhera in Haryana, and Bhiwadi/Chipanki/Neemrana in Rajasthan.

This state-of-art Hot Forging Plant is equipped with latest machinery required for Forging with provision for adding Warm and Cold Forgings at a later stage.
